A practical, evidence-based workshop for English-speaking mums who want to return to training after birth without fear, guessing or confusion.
Returning to exercise after birth can feel confusing.
You may feel weaker, disconnected from your body, unsure about your pelvic floor, worried about diastasis, or afraid of doing something wrong.
Maybe you want to train again, but you don’t know where to start. Maybe you have tried, but something does not feel quite right.
You might have been waiting for someone to explain what is happening in your body and how to move forward safely.
You are not broken. You are not behind. You just need the right guidance.
And that’s exactly what this workshop is here for.
Stronger Than Before is a 4-session in-person workshop designed to help English-speaking mums in Madrid return to exercise after birth with clarity, confidence and support.
Across the four sessions, you will learn how your pelvic floor, breathing, posture, and abdominal function get connected with cardio and resistance training, so you can stop guessing and start moving with more trust in your body.
By the end of the workshop, you will:
Feel strong and in control
Reconnect with your body and understand what to feel when returning to training after birth.
Move without fear
Learn how your pelvic floor, core and movement work together, so you can stop guessing and train with confidence.
Start training in real life
Leave with a clear starting point and practical tools to continue your training at home or in the gym.
What’s included in the workshop
✅ Four 60min in-person sessions.
✅ Education on pelvic floor, abdominal function, breathing, posture and movement.
✅ Practical sessions with real exercises.
✅ Integration of the core and pelvic floor into cardio and resistance training.
✅ Access to recorded practical sessions.
✅ Postnatal Training Journal.
✅ Small group setting and close guidance.
This workshop is for you if:
✅ You are an English-speaking woman in Madrid.
✅ You are at least 6 weeks postpartum.
✅ You are in any stage of postpartum before menopause.
✅ You have had any type of birth.
✅ You have had one or more babies.
✅ You have no contraindications to physical exercise.
✅ You want to return to training but do not know how.
✅ You had/had not previous training experience.
✅ You want to bring your baby with you.
This workshop may not be the right fit for you if:
❌ You are less than 6 weeks postpartum.
❌ You have medical contraindications to physical exercise or have been advised not to exercise yet.
❌ You are experiencing significant symptoms that need individual assessment first, such as pain, heaviness, pressure, bleeding, dizziness or strong pelvic floor symptoms.
❌ You are looking for a workshop in Spanish, as this workshop will be delivered in English.

Who will be your guide in this session?
Hi! I’m Olga Roldan-Reoyo, Sport Science PhD, woman and mum of a little one born on Christmas day 2022.
In 2020 I created Women Move Beyond (WoMB).
My mission was clear, keep helping pre&postnatal people to be confident and safe when training from pregnancy to birth and beyond.
During my PhD and postdoc in exercise during and after pregnancy I had the opportunity to be with loads of pregnant people. It was all of them who pushed me to create WoMB.
They made realise that there were a lack of spaces and also information that prevented mums to continue training in the way they desired.
That made a click in my head, this needs to change. Pregnant & postnatal people deserve to have evidence based and high quality information that makes them feel safe.
That’s what you get in Stronger than before workshop. The foundation to return to exercise feeling safe and confident.
