Feel confident training from pregnancy to birth and beyond.

The workouts that you and your baby need to rest assured that what you are doing is the right thing.

You want to feel active during your pregnancy but encounter these problems.

One of the biggest barriers to stay active during pregnancy is not knowing what exercise is safe.

This is related to 81% of pregnant women not receiving specific information regarding what type of exercise is safe, at which intensity, and how long for. This conflicting information leaves pregnant women confused and more insecure.

Training safely until you go on labour is possible !

Working out during pregnancy is not linked to any pregnancy-related complications.

In WoMB you and your pregnancy are unique.

Individual specific exercise

Most of the prenatal exercise business follow a one size fits all approach. In WoMB we know every pregnancy is different and needs an individualised exercise prescription.

360 approach

In WoMB we are aware that information is power and helps you feeling confident during and after pregnancy. That’s why we collaborate with a midwife, a nutritionist and a women’s health physio to provide you with high quality information to enjoy maternity free of worries.

Contact and supervision

Training online does not mean you need to do everything on your own. In WoMB we supervised your technique to make sure your performance is perfect when you work-out. And not only that, you have my personal contact to ask anything you need.

Novel exercise planning.

We follow a novel exercise planning methodology based on two training blocks. The first one covering up to 34-36 weeks to make sure you get all the benefits from cardio and strength training. The second one from 34- 36 weeks up to labour to focus on pelvic movements and stretches to get you ready for birth.

Who’s behind WoMB

I am Olga Roldan-Reoyo, woman and mum of a little one born on Christmas day 2022.

But my journey training pregnant women and studying the influence of exercise in mum and baby started in 2011 when I was finishing my bachelor in Sport Science.

What I realised is that the information pregnant women get to stay active is scarce and contradictory. This leaves women worried that what they do might be harmful for them and their babies.
