This is me, Olga Roldan-Reoyo, the face behind Women Move Beyond, WoMB.

I am PhD in Sport Science and Physical Activity specialist in exercise during pregnancy and postpartum.

I’ve been working and researching with pregnant women since 2010. Although I am not a mum myself, I got really excited about the prospect of helping women during and after their pregnancies. That’s why I decided to dedicate my professional life to all of you. I am currently working for Swansea University (Wales, UK), as a researcher with a Marie Sklodowska-Curie grant award, one of the most prestigious research awards in Europe. This research project aims to evaluate the effect of exercise in the maternal/foetal cardiovascular adaptations. I am aware that research and academia are the way to keep learning and the way to keep helping exercise professionals to improve their practice. That’s why I research, so I can learn, help and teach. My teaching is based in the Sport Science Degree in Swansea University, I am also a guest lecturer at the midwifery school in the same university.

My exercise programme is based on scientific evidence, specific literature and a continuous professional development.

I took part in the prenatal fitness classes from 18 weeks until my baby was born on his due date and I can’t praise Olga and her classes enough. Olga made the effort to get to know everyone personally so that she could tailor each exercise to suit each individual, depending on their stage of pregnancy or any aches and pains.

It was nice to have the routine of the classes and it gave me motivation to keep exercising, especially in the final trimester, which I am sure is helping my postnatal recovery. Olga always had time to answer questions and give us extra information and tips around pregnancy and labour. Would recommend, thanks Olga.

Your individualised physical activity prescription. This refers to daily short activities that will help you achieve the minimum physical activity recommendation for pregnant/postnatal women.

A phone App. Our phone app gives access to all your prescriptions. Take it with you to stay active anytime, anywhere!

Monthly meetings. So, we can check your progress and we can update together your exercise and physical activity prescriptions.

I will personally check your form and let you know whether I can be the person keeping you active and healthy during and after the pregnancy. If within your form I identify I am not that person I will let you know.

Initial interview

Once I know whether we can work together I will contact you to book our initial interview. During this interview I will ask you loads of things related to your health and activity history. I will also go through some essential aspects of the service so when we start you already know the main things about it.

What happens if I have my baby before finishing the last month I have paid?

In case that happens you will be refunded for the remaining days. Check question below for more information. 

Is this service refundable?

There is a 14-day policy return only of the first payment. However, and unfortunately, in case you may develop a pregnancy-related disease which might be listed as an absolute or relative contraindication for exercise (we really hope this never happens to you). We will need written notice from your main healthcare provider, then you will be refunded ONLY for the period you have already paid and you won’tbe able to use. Since we also know that birth can happen any time between your 37 and 42 pregnancy weeks, we accept weekly payments from 36 weeks up to birth. In case you have paid the whole month and you give birth within it, you will be refunded ONLY for the period you have already paid and you won’t be able to use (e.g: you paid 4weeks= £60.50, from your 36 to your 40 week of the pregnancy, and you give birth on your 38 th week. You will be then be refunded for the last two weeks you didn’t enjoy= £30.25).

I am pregnant, when can I start WoMB Individualised Exercise Planning?

We will be happy to start working with you after your 12 weeks scan. Ideally, you should start before 20-22 weeks. 

I am in the postnatal period, when can I start WoMB Individualised Exercise Planning?

This mainly depends on your type of delivery. Normally, if you had a vaginal birth you can start being active after 6 weeks. If you had a c-section you have to wait until a healthcare provider is happy for you to resume exercise (this is usually after 8 weeks from birth).

Can I pay in a difference currency??

Yes, you are welcome to pay in your country’s currency. Our payment system accepts all diferent currencies. 

Be aware this is the launch price. Once the launch is finished the price will be the original one £97.50/first month and £72.50/after first month.
