I am Olga Roldan-Reoyo.
Woman and mum of a little one born on Christmas day 2022. I have a PhD in Sport Science and Physical Activity. I am specialised in exercise during pregnancy and postpartum.
I’ve been working and researching on pregnant women since 2010. I got really excited about the prospect of helping women during and after their pregnancies. That’s why I decided to dedicate my professional life to you.
I work and collaborate with international higher education institutions such as Swansea University, European University of Madrid and International University of La Rioja. Where I lecture and research the benefits of exercise during and after pregnancy.
Some of my highlights.
I have had the privilege to keep fit and healthy more than 200 pregnant women and their babies. I always feel honour when a woman decides to train with me and trust my work to share such a special moment of their life with me.
Being invited to speak at the American College of Sports Medicine Annual Meeting is something I will never forget. Having top researchers in the field of prenatal exercise listening to us has been such a highlight in my professional career.
Training more than 100 student midwives at Swansea University has been a dream come true. Being able to share my passion with future midwives and seeing how much they want to learn to offer the best care to pregnant and postnatal women is simply great.
