Hi! I’m Olga Roldan-Reoyo, Sport Science PhD, woman and mum of a little one born on Christmas day 2022.
In 2020 I created Women Move Beyond (WoMB).
My mission was clear, keep helping pregnant people to be confident and safe when training from pregnancy to birth and beyond.
During my PhD and postdoc in exercise during and after pregnancy I had the opportunity to be with loads of pregnant people. It was all of them who pushed me to create WoMB.
They made realise that there were a lack of spaces and also information that prevented pregnant people to continue training in the way they desired.
That made a click in my head, this needs to change. Pregnant people deserve to have evidence based and high quality information that makes them feel safe.
That’s what you get in WoMB Safe Training. The training hacks that allow you to train for the whole pregnancy.
